About us

The Semaphore Hill Community garden is supported by the Western Hills council, and we offer it to all residents as a passive recreational activity. The Community Garden hosts a committed group of friendly gardeners and is always looking for new members.

Get Involved

Community gardening is an excellent way to get outdoors, meet new people, and enjoy the garden and surrounding facilities – whether it’s herbs, fruit and vegetables or flowers that pique your interest.

For more information please contact the Western Hills Community Centre on (08) 1234 5678. Rules and Guidelines, along with Membership Application Forms are currently being updated.

For an annual fee of $30.00 you can become a General Member of the Semaphore Hill Community Garden and access the grey communal beds to plant and enjoy a range of perennial herbs and citrus fruit.

For $60.00 per year you can purchase a Personal Membership and access your own coloured garden bed to plant in it what you choose.

All fees are payable at the commencement of a new financial year (1st July).
